Below is a selection of the most
frequently asked questions I receive. You may find the answer to your questions on this page, however please do not
hesitate to contact me personally to answer any questions you may have.
How long will you need to be at our event for?
If I'm at a drinks reception or a party performing Close-Up Magic, then I can get around roughly 50 guests an hour, walking amongst your guest's. If I'm
performing Table Magic, it's a little harder to say exactly as I am somewhat at the mercy of your caterer's. I try to only perform
at the tables in between the courses of the meal to ensure that I can have your guest's full attention and the food is not getting cold on the table.
In a perfect situation 10 tables will take me roughly two hours.
How much do you charge?
I pride myself on offering you a quality service tailor made for your event. The price I quote you will depend on several
factors such as the number of guests you have, how long you need me to be at your event for, and the distance I have to

Can you also entertain the Children present?
I have no problem doing some magic for the younger ones if they are at an event that I'm performing at. I always keep a few simple
tricks in my pockets for the little ones. I am not specifically a Children's Entertainer though, and my magic is designed with adults and older
kids in mind. If you are looking for someone to come and entertain a room full of 5 - 10 year
olds then I am not the man for you. I can recommend someone for the
job though, give me a call or e-mail me and I'll put you in touch with the best Children's Entertainer I know. Teenagers however
love what I do and I think a Close-Up Magician at a teenager's party adds something very special. So 13 years old and up is perfectly suitable for what I do.
How do I know just how good you are?
The world of the Professional Magician in the 21st Century is extremely competitive and quite simply if you're not good, you
don't eat. I have spent the last 16 years performing on a daily basis and I love what I do. I think the love for what I do

Are you insured?
Yes, I have Public Liability Insurance for £1,000,000 to cover myself, your guests and the venue in the event of an accident. It is for
everyone's peace of mind.
What happens if you cancel?
In the highly unlikely event that I cancel on you, I will find you another Professional Magician from my circle of Magician
colleagues who can perform at your event. I will mention that me cancelling is highly unlikely unless I have been run down
by a bus.
Is your price negotiable?
With Magicians you very much get what you pay for, if you shop around you will receive quotes ranging immensely. Magic
is an art form which requires lots of innovation and practice. Each performer will have decided his worth and should
have relevant references and experience to back up their cost. Personally, I have spent many years fine tuning my repertoire and I believe my prices offer very good value
indeed for a full time Professional Magician, so my prices are not negotiable.

He is the very best. In fact I will even go as far as to say that if you have a chance to book him for your event over me,
do it... I have a feeling he might be a bit more expensive though.
